ACB Organizing provides professional home organizing services. All services are subject to availability and will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to project commencement.

Consultations & Scheduling

• A consultation may be free or subject to a fee, as communicated at the time of booking.

• Appointments are confirmed once the required deposit (if applicable) is received.

• Rescheduling or cancellation policies will be communicated during booking.

Payments

• Pricing for services will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement.

• A deposit may be required to secure your session.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle.

• Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding their space and needs

• Making decisions during organizing sessions

• Ensuring safe access to the home during scheduled sessions

Limitation of Liability

ACB Organizing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items discarded at the client’s direction. While care is taken during all sessions, clients assume responsibility for final decisions regarding their belongings.
